However, Article 6 of the Law on Notary 2014 states: "The language and script used in notarization is Vietnamese"
Therefore, when signing a contract for notarization, the language used in the contract must be Vietnamese.
According to Clause 3, Article 47 of the Law on Notary 2014, if the husband of the seller is a foreigner and cannot speak Vietnamese, an interpreter must be required when the two parties make and sign a flat purchase and sale contract at a public agency. proof.
