PARTY DOCUMENT FOR RENT / SOFT / STAY NOTES
1 Certificate of home ownership, land use right is legally valid
(with the following types:
- Certificates of land use rights;
- Certificate of house ownership and land use right;
- Certificate of house ownership;
- Certificate of ownership of construction works
- Certificate of land use right, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets)
2 Identity card / citizen identity card / passport of the lessor / borrower / stay (Wife + Husband) (clear information, not torn, erased, still valid)
3 Household Registration Book of the lessor / borrower / Spouse
4 Proof of marriage (marriage registration) if the relationship is not shown on the certificate of house ownership and land use right.
5 In case the lessor / borrower is a person, the following documents are required:
- Certificate of marital status (if ever to be single)
- Divorce judgment / decision + Certificate of marital status (if divorced before having assets);
- If it is a common property during the marriage period, a valid divorce judgment / decision is required to show that the property has been separately allocated to that person and based on the divorce judgment they have registered. to name alone on paper.
- Death certificate of spouse + Certificate of marital status (if the spouse died before having property);
- Papers proving that separate assets are given as a separate or inherited gift such as a gift contract or inheritance declaration.
6 Contract of authorization to lease / borrow / stay at a time of authorization (if any)
Note:
- If the certificate shows information of 9-digit / 12-digit ID card number, not correcting the new number: Provide additional old ID / Confirmation of ID number / Household registration book must write both the old and new numbers (new numbers are closed sign to confirm)
- A certificate of marital status is only valid for 6 months from the date of issue; if it is overdue, a new certificate of marital status is required.

1 Identity card / Citizen card / Passport of the lessee / borrower. Clear (clear information, not torn, erased, still valid)
2 Household registration of the lessee / borrower / stay
3 Contract of authorization to rent / borrow / stay at a time of authorization (if any)
4 * In case the lessee is an organization:
1. Business registration certificate;
2. Certificate of seal sample registration; Registration form for signature;
3. Minutes of meetings of members of the company or cooperative.
4. Identity card / Citizen card / Passport of the representative
* Note: Customers can give a copy of the file in advance to the advisors to check eligibility for transactions. But at the time of notarization, the parties must produce all the originals of the above papers for comparison by the Notary Public
