Procedures for registering the establishment of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess
Conditions for registering cooperatives and unions of cooperatives are specified in Article 24 of the Law on cooperatives in 2012. Accordingly, in order to establish cooperatives and unions of cooperatives, the following conditions must be met. the following event:

Conditions for registration of establishment:
Conditions for registering cooperatives and unions of cooperatives are specified in Article 24 of the Law on cooperatives in 2012. Accordingly, in order to establish cooperatives and unions of cooperatives, the following conditions must be met. the following event:

2. Procedures for registration of establishment of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess
When establishing, cooperatives and unions of cooperatives must register at the cooperative registration offices where the cooperatives and unions of cooperatives intending to set up are headquartered.
a) Cooperatives unions, people's credit funds registered at the business registration bureaus under the Department of Planning and Investment;
b) The cooperative is registered at the finance-planning office of the district-level People's Committee.
3. A dossier of registration for setting up a cooperative or cooperative union comprises:

4. Rights and duties of the cooperative registration agency
a) Directly receive applications for registration of cooperatives, unions of cooperativess, branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess; grant, change and withdraw certificates of registration of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess, certificates of operation registration of branches, representative offices, places of business cooperatives and unions of cooperativess ;
b) Instruct cooperatives and unions of cooperatives to carry out procedures for registration, change registration, notification of changes, reorganization, dissolution and bankruptcy of cooperatives and unions of cooperatives cooperatives;
c) Building and managing the information system of cooperatives and unions of cooperativesss within its competence; to provide information on cooperatives and unions of cooperativess to competent state agencies, organizations and individuals as required by law;
d) To request cooperatives and unions of cooperativess to report on the operation situation of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess according to Article 23 of this Decree; urge the implementation of the reporting regime of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess according to the provisions of law;
d) Directly or request competent state agencies to inspect cooperatives and unions of cooperativess according to the contents inscribed in the certificate of registration of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess when necessary;
e) Be responsible for the validity of the application file for cooperatives and unions of cooperativess;
g) Request cooperatives and unions of cooperatives to suspend conditional business lines upon detection of unqualified cooperatives and unions of cooperatives as prescribed by law or VND. time for notifying competent state agencies to handle according to law provisions;
h) Revoke the certificate of registration of cooperatives and unions of cooperativess according to Article 56 of the Law on cooperatives;
i) Follow the reporting regime as prescribed by law.
